I had the pleasure of working with Summer and her team on a recent transaction, and I highly recommend them! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process.

As a Realtor, communication is extremely important to me, and Summer and her team did an outstanding job keeping everyone informed and making sure everything stayed on track. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we were even able to close ahead of schedule!

I’m especially grateful for their help in getting my first-time homebuyers into their new home. It was a pleasure working with Summer and her team, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Keely was absolutely amazing during this whole process. It had been 25 years since the last time I purchased a new house. Keely was so helpful and very patient to walk us through the steps to purchase our new home! I knew going into this process we really needed someone on our side. She was willing to take our phone calls and help any way possible. She also showed caring and compassion, which is hard to find with some businesses now days. I would highly recommend to use Keely if you are needing to purchase your new home!

As a Realtor, I’m very particular about the professionals I recommend to my clients, and Matt exceeded every expectation. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive throughout the entire process. Most impressively, he helped get this transaction from contract to closing in just two weeks without missing a beat. I always appreciate working with lenders who are not only focused on securing great financing options for clients, but who are also organized, risk-aware, and committed to keeping everyone informed every step of the way. Matt made the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free for all parties involved. I look forward to working with him again and would confidently recommend him to both clients and fellow agents.

I cannot say enough positive things about the experience my family and I had working with this team throughout our refinancing process. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Refinancing can be stressful and confusing at times, but they made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and far less overwhelming than we expected. They took the time to answer every question we had thoroughly and professionally, even when some of those questions were repetitive. At no point did we ever feel rushed or like we were being treated as just another customer. Instead, they consistently made us feel valued and supported. What stood out most to me was their communication and dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always responsive, transparent, and willing to go the extra mile to help my family understand our options and feel confident in every decision being made. Their patience and willingness to work with us truly made a lasting impression. It is rare to find a team that combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their clients the way they do. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for all of their hard work and support throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and customer-focused team for refinancing. My family and I are beyond satisfied with the service we received, and we truly appreciate everything they have done for us.

My loan was being handled by Parsa. He’s my number one agent to go to all the time for this type of Loan. He helped me last time and it was done perfectly. This time. It was the first agent and I went to Parsa. He’s the number one I always go to. He always gets it done right and done fast. This is never anything wrong and it’s always handled well I think I’ll always go to him for my loans, their VA loans and I can’t afford to have anything wrong so he handles them right if I refer anybody to him I know they’ll be treated well parcel he’s by number one man. He’s a good agent. I trust him.

Jason Deda called me before the signing to introduce himself and to assure me that he would be available for help throughout the signing. I have not had that kind of service before and greatly appreciated it. In the future, when working with this company, I would love to work with Jason again.
